Why Do We Do This?

Honestly, reading through the applications has become one of our favorite parts of the year.

We sit down as a team, crack open submissions from every corner of the country — big cities, small towns, places we thought were made up (looking at you, Truth or Consequences, New Mexico — yes, that’s real). And guess what? Those dogs need grooming just like the rest.

We’ve heard from mobile groomers with one van and from salons with ten locations.

Every story is different — and every one reminds us how passionate, scrappy, and creative this industry really is.
